Haven't done sit ups/crutches in 2 weeks.. just did 20 and i felt so exhausted! Haven't been going on runs either, so much for going to the track every spare! I think Ill go tomorrow apres le dejeuner..
goal: 6 laps..or 5 caz i'm out of shape -_-
my skin is so gross these days, i need to drink more h2o no more starbucks happy hour =(
ps extra coffee caramel frappuccino OMG ♥ i found my new obsession.. yeah so anyways..... starting today nothing but water!!
